Sunday September 29th
We started the day with a lovely brunch with our friends Jenna and Rick at Waffle Square in downtown Sacramento. The french toast was to die for!
Then Layla and I headed to to book fair at Fairytale Town to see the author of If Give A Mouse A Cookie, Laura Numeroff, read her most famous book and her most recent one - Raising a Hero. Layla loved people watching, looking at the books and exploring the park.
Layla and I ended the day playing outside in the backyard with our pups and chickens. She loves to be outside and loves her dogs more than anything. They love her too. It is a joy to watch her growing up with them.
